The primary objectives of the Trade Testing Board Sindh include:
- Standardization: Establishing standardized criteria and testing procedures for evaluating vocational skills.
- Certification: Issuing recognized certificates to individuals who successfully demonstrate proficiency in their respective trades.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring that testing processes meet national & international standards of competency assessment.
- Skill up gradation: Ensuring the Uniform, standardized testing & assessment by planning developing and impalement Examiners and Assessor Training Program.
- Industry Relevance: Aligning certification with the evolving needs of industries to promote employability and career advancement.

I feel privileged to welcome you on to the Website of Trade Testing Board Sindh (TTBS) the premier organization responsible for skill testing and Vocational certification system in Sindh. Since its inception in 1995, TTBS has been providing skill/competency testing services in a large number of skill sectors and levels including NVQF Levels 1 to 4. The skill test certification system is carried out for those individuals who have acquired vocational skills from formal, informal, and non-formal settings. The aim of TTBS is to certify competent skilled workforce focusing on their recognition in the local & global markets. The bilateral initiative of TEVTAs and NAVTTC to setup a National Vocational Qualifications System (NVQS) in Pakistan is taking rapid strides toward progress and the National Vocational Qualifications Framework (NVQF) has been developed and progressing since 2011. The NVQF is a guiding document and proceeding further accordingly. Hence, TTBS has been transformed into the National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ) awarding Body along with 11 other bodies across the country.
